Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Transfer to Ngorongoro
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide. From there, embark on a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying views of the highlands and rural landscapes along the way. In the afternoon, take part in a cultural visit to a traditional Maasai boma for an immersive local experience. Afterward, head to your lodge located near the Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
Following an early breakfast, descend into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, rhinos, and hippos. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater as you take in the natural beauty. Later in the day, return to your lodge for dinner and another restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park – Game Drive
After breakfast, continue your adventure as you drive toward the iconic Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, dive straight into the wild with an afternoon game drive through the savannah plains. As the sun sets, head to your lodge within the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
Spend the entire day exploring the vast Serengeti ecosystem, known for its incredible wildlife density and stunning landscapes. With some luck, you might witness the Great Migration, depending on the time of year. Keep your eyes open for lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and more. A picnic lunch will be served in the park, followed by more game viewing before returning to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 5: Transfer to Airport for Departure
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you may enjoy some last-minute souvenir shopping or sightseeing before being dropped off at the airport for your departure.
